No expectations. Just support, growth, and feeling good in your own skin. Having support for holistic and natural wellness.

I created this space because big group classes never felt personal enough. I wanted to move, breathe, and heal in ways that actually fit me—and now I offer that for others. Whether you’re here to find calm, build strength, reconnect with your body, or simply take a breather, you’re in the right place.

With a background in business management and 20+ years in yoga, holistic healing, and natural health, I’ve built tools and practices to truly support you. My certifications include:

  • 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)

  • Group Fitness Instructor (GFI)

  • Herbal Medicine, Mindfulness & Well-Being

  • Spiritual Life Coaching, Intuitive Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy
